Born in the small town of Center, Texas, Dr. John Reeves is the son of a self educated businessman who never finished 8th grade yet went on in life to establish a small international business with over 20 patents in the poultry industry. Dr. Reeves fulfilled his childhood dream of becoming a medical doctor. After graduating with his BA in Biology from University of Texas in Austin, Dr. Reeves attended medical school at Texas A&M University and completed an internship and residency program in Internal Medicine at LSU Health Science Center in Shreveport, La.
During his time at LSU he worked extensively moonlighting in area emergency rooms. Dr. Reeves had a practice in internal medicine in Shreveport for 5 years before going back to his love for emergency room medicine full time, where he has practiced for the last 25 years.
Amy is a Registered Nurse who obtained her degree from Northwestern State University College of Nursing in Shreveport, Louisiana in 2005.
After graduating, Amy began her career in Emergency Medicine followed by Cardiology and Labor and Delivery and has been providing exceptional nursing care to patients in the Shreveport community for 10 years. Amy is dedicated to providing compassionate quality nursing care, assuring all patients receive a relaxing and pleasant experience with each visit to White Clover Wellness and Research Center.
